In Word 2019, you can still paste with formatting from other sources, but it now requires a little effort. Word 2019 Build 17624.20000 has changed how the copy & paste feature works by default. With that build and onward, the famous text processor app no longer saves formatting copied from an external source. It now only keeps a limited set of text attributes like bold and italics, in addition to lists and tables.

Beware: KB5037853 makes the taskbar flicker in Windows 11

A new optional update KB5037853 for Windows 11 makes the taskbar flicker, as it crashes and then gets recovered by the shell process. Microsoft has confirmed the issue, and a fix is on the way to the user. However, it may take up to 24 hours for impacted users to receive and install the fix.

The Amperage app brings Windows 11’s Recall to older PCs with ARM64 chips

The unofficial Amperage project from the famous Windows enthusiast and developer @thebookisclosed allows launching the Recall feature of Windows 11 on older -officially not supported - devices.
