Microsoft puts on hold the rollout of new features to the Dev channel
The Windows Insider team has paused the release of new features in Windows 11 Insider Build 26120.961 on the Dev channel. The reason behind this move is not disclosed. Insiders will start receiving updates when the rollout resumes.
Microsoft resumes the KB5039302 rollout for Windows 11 23H2/22H2
Microsoft is again rolling out the infamous KB5039302 for Windows 11, versions 22H2 and 23H2. The company notes that on devices that run virtual machines the patch can cause a reboot loop, so such devices will be no longer offered to receive this update.

Windows 11 Build 22635.3858 (Beta) updates Alt + Tab and Run dialog
Windows 11 Build 22635.3858 is now available to Insiders in the Beta channel. It comes with the updated Alt + Tab dialog where you can clearly see if a File Explorer window has tabs. Also, the Run dialog looks better with HiDPI, along with some other features and fixes.
A bug makes Windows 11 show non-existent time zone change notifications
Microsoft is aware of a bug in Windows 11 and Windows 10 that causes the system to constantly send notifications asking to allow a time zone change. The OS detects some mysterious location change, so it asks you to accept or reject the new settings.. If you agree, the date and time settings page opens, where the time zone has not actually changed.
Microsoft has suspended the KB5039302 rollout for Windows 11 due to bugs
A few days ago, Microsoft released an optional cumulative update with code KB5039302 for Windows 11 versions 22H2 and 23H2 (builds 22621.3810 and 22631.3810, respectively). After installing it, some users experienced endless computer reboots.
