There is a suggestion for a PowerToys new tool that could become as a nice addition to Windows Task Scheduler. It would allow changing OS settings with ease via a friendly GUI. The module, with a working name Settings Scheduler, would allow changing the Windows theme, mute and unmute the sound, turn the screen on or off, and so on. The actions run by a schedule or timer, so the user could pick what suites better.
Microsoft drops support for many email apps in its Outlook for web
Microsoft no longer supports basic authentication for the Outlook email service. So email apps that can only work with a username and password via IMAP and POP3 aren't supported any more. The OAuth 2.0 tokens are the only method supported for apps. This affects a galore of software, including Microsoft's own Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016 MSI, Outlook 2019 LTSC - all these versions are now obsolete.
