Microsoft makes more changes in Xbox division leadership

Microsoft has recently had another round of its planned staff layoffs in their still ongoing process of reorganizing the company. These changes involve some of the still employed people moving to other positions in the company. As of February 1, 2017, Microsoft seems to have given new titles to two of the most important people in the Xbox division, Mike Ybarra and Kareem Choudhry.

The change was first spotted on Ybarra's LinkedIn profile but he's later confirmed the change via his Twitter. Both Ybarra and Choudhry are now Corporate Vice Presidents of the Xbox division. Microsoft hasn't yet officially announced this change and it's currently unclear what both new CVPs are going to do in their new role, but they'll probably be reporting directly to the CEO of the company, Satya Nadella.

Nadella's big reorganization plan in still in the works, with many division heads changing places and more layoffs. It's clearly isn't finished yet but most of the changes are considered positive by Microsoft's investors and interested public.
