The plugins are configurable on the eponymous tab next to Recent activity. Bing Chat is now available for all desktop users of Google Chrome, but plugins only work in the Microsoft Edge browser. Support for other browsers will likely become available in coming weeks. Finally, Bing Chat should get more add-ons in the future, but currently there is no way to download or add new plugins.
