Microsoft considers certain issues critical, e.g. if they affect performance and stability of your PC. Often, an outdated driver version may prevent Windows 10 from its normal work.

If your Windows 10 PC has an outdated Realtek Bluetooth Radio driver, you won’t be able to upgrade the OS to version 1909. According to Microsoft, devices with Realtek Bluetooth Radio drivers older than version 1.5.1012 are blocked from the upgrade.
