Microsoft released Windows 11 2023 Update, version 23H2, on October 31, 2023. But at first it was not available to users through the Media Creation Tool. Instead, the app was loading an older version of Windows 11. This has finally changed.
Media Creation Tool is the official Microsoft application for installing Windows and download its ISO images. Microsoft promised to fix it in mid-November, shortly after release.
Now that some time has passed, the updated version of Media Creation Tool is available and allows you to download the latest Windows 11 update version 23H2. If you try to use the app right now, you will get the official Windows 11 Build 22631.2715, released on November 14, 2023.
Visit the official Microsoft website and download Media Creation Tool to get the ISO image of this update or install it over your existing operating system. You can use the ISO image for performing a clean installation of the operating system and creating a spare boot media.
