  1. Attempted the upgrade on a Dell T5600 workstation latest BIOS with Dual Xeon E5 2665 CPUs, 64GB RAM, 256GB Kingston SATA SSD boot drive, dual Nvidia Quadro 2000’s and presented with a BSOD…
Page fault error but wasn’t quick enough to see the offending file.
    Excellent, thanks MS.

    1. Seems to be an issue with the NVidia drivers. BSOD message is ‘Stop code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA. What failed: nvlddmkm.sys’
I have the latest drivers available from the NVidia website (377.83).
I am sure I won’t be the only one to experience this… Lets wait and see…

Just tried to update a vanilla Windows 10 1909 HP Elitebook 820 G3 and this is stuck at “Installing: 49%” and has been for 2-hours….

    2. Seems to be an issue with the NVidia drivers. The BSOD says: ‘Stop code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA. What failed: nvlddmkm.sys’
Checked and I am running the latest drivers available from NVidia’s website (377.83). I’ll have a play around but I shouldn’t really need to. I’m not a beta tester..

Just tried to update a HP Elitebook 820 G3 with a vanilla 1909 build of Windows 10 and this has now been stuck at ‘Installing – 49%’ for 2-hours.

I don’t have good feelings about this build :(

  2. And the built-in defragmenter problem isn’t solved yet, although this issue is known since 2019 …. :-(

  3. Hi. There’s a section you provide about askfridge.sys – but when I click on See details, nothing appears.
