A new cumulative update for Windows 10 build 14393, known as version 1607 RTM, has been released by Microsoft. It looks like it is a re-release of the recent KB3176932, which bumps the operating system version to 14393.82.
Unlike previous cumulative updates for Windows 10 Anniversary Update, the KB3176934 patch was not available for other Rings but directly sent to the Release Preview ring, ignoring Slow and Fast rings.
The change log for the released update KB3176934 is not available. It was not released for KB3176932 too. Microsoft stated the following:
We have released Cumulative Update (KB3176934) to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14393 on PCs which will bring the build number to 14393.82. This Cumulative Update includes the same fixes as KB3176932 but with an additional fix: Improved download size optimization of updates.
If you have KB3176932 installed, you might not get KB3176934 via Windows Update.
