The latest Canary update brought a new user interface change to Microsoft Edge. The section for cookie settings and site permissions has been redesigned, in which cookies and site data can now be sorted and filtered.

The new design has entries arranged under individual sections, making them easy to read and find. It also displays recent activities above the list of all permissions.

Besides that, it is now possible to sort the cookie data by the name, the number of stored cookies, and their data, and also by the last modification date.

There is also a filter that allows showing only first-party or third-party cookies.

In the "All sites" view, you can now sort the list of sites by name and most visited sites.

Note: Microsoft has started delivering Microsoft Edge to users of Windows via Windows Update. The update is provisioned for users of Windows 10 version 1803 and above, and replaces the classic Edge app once installed. The browser, when delivered with KB4559309, makes it impossible to uninstall it from Settings. Check out the following workaround: Uninstall Microsoft Edge If Uninstall Button is Grayed Out
