The Game Bar was part of the built-in Xbox app in Windows 10. Starting with Windows 10 build 15019, it is a standalone option in Settings. It provides a special graphical user interface which can be used to record the screen's contents, capture your gameplay and save it as a video, take screenshots and so on.

C:\Users\%username%\Videos

Note: Don't select the root of a drive, e.g. D:. If you try to restore the default location of the "Captures" folder later, you will get an error message.

If you are on a local network, you can select a network share as the new destination folder for the "Captures" folder. You can enter the network location path directly, use the network browse dialog or point the folder browse dialog to a mapped drive.
