Microsoft is Moving “Copy Language” Options from Control Panel to Settings

The process of consolidating options from the Control Panel into the Settings app is pretty fast in Windows 11.  "Language for non-Unicode programs" and "Copy current user settings to welcome screen and system accounts/new user accounts" are the latest to make the transition. This means that the eventual removal of these settings from the Control Panel may happen in the near future.

Windows 11 Build 22631.5409 (Release Preview) released with a lot of improvements

Microsoft has rolled out a new preview build of Windows 11 (version 23H2, build 22631.5409) to participants in the Release Preview channel. Key updates include the ability to open Copilot using the Win + C shortcut, with customizable key settings available in the system preferences. Users can interact with Copilot via voice commands for hands-free assistance. The taskbar search function has been improved for better third-party engine support in the European Economic Area, and administrators can now manage pinned apps on the taskbar.

Windows 11 Insiders Get a New Copilot App With Big Improvements to Copilot Vision

Microsoft has started distributing an updated version of the Copilot app for Windows (version 1.25044.92.0 and later). Windows 11 Build 26120.3964 (Beta) introduces Copilot Agent in Settings

Microsoft has released a new preview Windows 11 Build 26120.3964, version 24H2, KB5058496, to Insiders in the Beta channel. As you may already know, 22635.5305 was the last build of Windows 11, version 23H2 for the Beta channel. All Insiders will soon receive the update to Windows 11, version 24H2. Until then, Insiders can manually approve the update to Windows 11, version 24H2 in Windows Update.

Windows 11 Build 26200.5600 (Dev) improves Click-to-Do and Settings

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Build  26200.5600 (KB5058493), to Windows Insiders in the Dev channel. Currently, the Dev channel has moved to builds with numbers 26200. This means that the ability to switch from the Dev channel to Beta will close after installing build 26200.5510. If you have not yet switched to the Beta channel, but want to do so, then when build 26200.5510 appears in the Windows Update Center, you can pause receiving updates, switch the channel, and resume updates.

Windows 11 is getting a new Advanced page in the Settings app

Microsoft is set to unveil a revamped "System" section within the Windows 11 Settings app that renames the "For Developers" page to "Advanced", and further improves it. In includes some features that were earlier available on the "For Developers" page, and expands the set of options with a few more, inherited from the now-discontinued Dev Home app. This is a welcome change, as the options are valuable not only for developers but also for general users.
