DTrace is now available on Windows
The next Windows 10 feature update (19H1, April 2019 Update, version 1903) will include support for DTrace, the popular open source debugging and diagnostic tool. It has originally been built for Solaris, and became available for Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, and macOS. Microsoft has ported it to Windows.

Just a few days after releasing Windows 10 Build 18351 to Fast Ring Insiders, Microsoft releases the same build to the Slow Ring. Windows 10 Build 18351 comes with a number of fixes and improvements. It doesn't include any new feature. It represents the next Windows 10 version, currently known as version 1903, April 2019 Update, or 19H1.
