Microsoft has announced changes made to their Windows Insider program. The Skip Ahead ring, used to deliver early development builds, which were ahead of the upcoming feature update, is now closed and not available for joining.

Microsoft issues one more cumulative update to Windows 10 Build 19013 users. The update raises the Fast Ring build version to 19013.1102 and is now available in the Fast Ring.
Cortana Gets Male Voice, Dynamic Schedule Meeting Capability
Microsoft is integrating Cortana with the Outlook Mobile app for iOS and Android. The feature was today announced during the Ignite 2019 conference, and is expected to reach general availability in Spring 2020. The suite will be able to read emails and calendar events with a new male voice.

Microsoft is testing WIndows servicing pipeline again, so they are releasing KB4528332 to Insiders in the Fast Ring. The patch raises the OS version to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19013.1000, and it is available via Windows Update.

In Windows 10, when you hover over a taskbar button of a running app or group of apps, a thumbnail preview appears on the screen. WSL 2 Now Has Memory Reclaim Feature
With release of Windows 10 Build 18917, Microsoft introduced WSL 2 to Insiders, the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2. It ships a real Linux kernel with Windows that will make full system call compatibility possible. This is the first time a Linux kernel is shipped with Windows. Windows 10 build 19013 adds another great WSL 2 feature - Memory Reclaim, which allows the host system to re-use memory that is no longer needed by any Linux process.
