Microsoft is releasing a new cumulative update to Fast Ring Insiders running the 20H1 build 18965. The patch is out under KB4517787, and raises the OS version to 18965.1005.
While the update package is huge, it doesn't add anything new to the OS. This cumulative update is designed to help Microsoft test their servicing pipeline with larger updates. This update contains nothing new. We simply updated the version numbers of several components in the OS.
Build 18965 was released a few days ago. It is a build from the 20H1 branch which targets Insiders in the Fast Ring. This build comes with a number of fixes and minor improvements. The key changes include:
If you have configured your device to receive updates from the Fast Ring ring, open Settings - > Update &recovery and click on the Check for Updates button on the right. This will install the latest available Insider Preview of Windows 10.
