A new version of the popular web browser, Firefox, is now available for download. Firefox 77 has reached the stable branch with the following changes.
New certificate manager
There is a new certificate manager tool in Firefox 77, which can be opened by typing
about:certificate in the address bar. It includes two tabs, Servers and Authorities, and allows allows viewing and exporting certificates.
The new tool is not yet available from Privacy & Security > Security > Certificates > View Certificates in settings.
WebRender is now enabled for more Windows users. It is now enabled on devices with NVidia GPUs with with medium (<=3440x1440) and large (>3440x1440) screens.
The pocket service recommendations are now available in the UK. The list of supported countries now includes the US, Germany, Canada, and the UK.
One-Click search engines
The option to disable one-click search buttons in the address bar drop-down is now removed. The preference browser.urlbar.oneOffSearches is no longer available in the about:config tool. You can disable or enable individual search engines under Search > One-Click Search Engines in settings of the browser.
Windows Credential Manager is now disabled
Mozilla has turned off integration with Windows 10 Credential Manager which was used for extra protection of saved password due to negative feedback from users who find it confusing. The company is above to rework this feature in upcoming Firefox versions.

You will see a number of folders. Click on one of the following folders:
- win32 - Firefox 32-bit for Windows
- win64 - Firefox 64-bit for Windows
- linux-i686 - Firefox for 32-bit Linux
- linux-x86_64 - Firefox for 64-bit Linux
- mac - Firefox for macOS
Each folder has subfolders organized by the browser's language. Click on the desired language and download the installer.
