Microsoft is testing a new method for installing updates for Windows 11 called hot patching. It is already used in some editions of Windows Server, on Xbox consoles, and it may soon appear in consumer editions of Windows 11.

Microsoft adds two more new features to Paint layers and brushes

After announcing the version number for the next major update, which is Windows 11 24H2, Microsoft silently revealed its marketing name. Windows 11 version 24H2 is now officially referred as Windows 11 2024 Update.
