Windows 10 Build 17120 Released to Insiders in the Fast ring

Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17120 (RS4, "Spring Creators Update") to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This build replaces the previous build 17115, which was released just a few days ago. Along with a number of improvements and bug fixes, this build with a couple of new features for enterprise users and regular consumers.
