Microsoft released a new cumulative update to Window Insider program Slow, and Release Preview rings. If you are a Windows Insider in the Slow or RP ring, you will be offered to install this update.  Here are the key changes.

Microsoft today started releasing Microsoft Edge Dev 76.0.167.0, a development version of their Chromium-based browser. However, due to a bug, they have cancelled the update, and restored the previous build, 76.0.159.0, for Dev channel users.
