Windows 10 comes with a special app, Your Phone, that allows pairing your Android or iOS smartphone with your desktop computer and browse your phone data on the PC. As result of collaboration between Microsoft and Samsung, the app supports clipboard sync, and Rich Communication Services - messages without a character limit that support attachments.
In addition to these exclusive features, Microsoft and Samsung have updated the app with the ability to drag-and-drop files from File Explorer to the Your Phone app. Files will appear in the downloads folder on the phone.
Also, you can open a Phone screen in the Your Phone app, and select files in Samsung apps, My Files and Gallery, and drag them from there to your PC.
File drag and drop requires a Samsung device running Link To Windows version 1.5 or higher. Your phone and PC must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Drag and drop supports the transfer of all file types apart from folders.
You can transfer up to 100 files at a time, of any type. No single file can be larger than 512MB in size.

One response in that MS article says this will only work on Win 10 Insider versions. Also appears aome features only available on a few high end Samsung’s like the S20.

For those who are trying, stop. This only works on Windows 10 PCs that are running or are part of the Windows Insider Program.”
:Transferring files from My Files to PC on devices other than the S20 series and the Z flip requires an update to the My Files app which Samsung is gradually rolling out this month.”
imho: not ready for use.
