The latest Windows 11 2023 Update (version 23H2, build 22631) is now available to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview channel as an optional update. If you wish to install a new feature update for Windows 11, you can manually check for updates in Windows Update and opt-in. However, please note that the update will only appear if your device meets the minimum system requirements.

As previously announced, Windows 11 2023 Update will be based on the same code base as version 22H2. Therefore, version 23H2 will be distributed as a small cumulative update that will simply enable improvements and new features. Cumulative updates for both 22H2 and 23H2 versions will be identical. The official release of Windows 11 2023 Update is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams - Free (replacement for the Chat feature) is pinned to the taskbar by default. It can be unpinned like any other application on the taskbar. With its help, insiders will be able to send text messages, create calls and video conferences in a few clicks. The compact size of the window allows you to place it anywhere on the screen, which helps you keep track of active conversations.
There is also integration of the Phone Link app with Microsoft Teams (Free). You can now connect your Android smartphone to receive SMS messages and share video conference links.
A new People experience lets you quickly find people you're looking for and access synced contacts.
The new Play Together widget powered by Microsoft Teams (Free) in Windows 11 Game Bar allows you to display videos from friends directly on top of the game.

Windows 11 version 23H2 is also available to business customers through the Release Preview channel as part of the Windows Insider for Business program. This will allow customers to prepare for the upcoming public release of a new version of the operating system.
If your device is configured to receive Insider builds through Microsoft Intune or Group Policy, Windows 11 version 23H2 will be offered as an optional update. The new version of the system is also available in the Windows Server Update Service and Azure Marketplace. As with client versions, the update will only be available if the device meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11.
