Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.1340 is now available in the Dev channel. An option to disable enhanced cursor precision and change mouse scroll direction, improved spelling processing in Voice Access, and more accurate energy recommendations are among the changes.

ℹ️ The Dev channel now receives updates with some of the features to become available gradually. You can enable the Get the latest updates as soon as they're available option in Settings > Windows Update to get them faster. The rest will get those features a bit later.

For insiders with the option enabled
Input
In the section "Settings" > "Bluetooth and devices" > "Mouse" there is now an option to disable the enhanced cursor precision if you prefer not to use this feature. There is also a setting to change the direction of scrolling with the mouse wheel.
Voice access
Microsoft has improved the spelling correction and text editing capabilities when using Voice Access. Now you can use these features throughout your Voice Access session. Improved spelling processing also lets you dictate characters faster and edit text more flexibly using dictation commands such as highlight, delete, and navigate text.
Settings
On PCs with HDR displays, Microsoft now recommends turning off HDR to save power. The recommendation will start appearing under Settings > System > Power > Power saving recommendations.

Fixed an issue where items in the "Allow classic apps to access your location" list under Privacy & Security → Location would sometimes flicker without making any changes.

- [Important note] Microsoft is investigating reports that some Insiders in the Dev and Canary channels are stuck on build 26040 or 23620.
- Adding additional languages and features may fail with error code 0x800f081f.
Windows Sandbox
Windows Sandbox fails to launch in this build. Error code: 0x80370106.

Working to fix an issue where hardware keyboard text suggestions don't work correctly (the selected option is merged with the original).
Task Manager
- Switching between pages in Task Manager may cause it to crash.
- Working on a fix for an issue where graphs on the Performance page use incorrect colors when switching back to dark theme.
