What's new in Windows 11 Build 22631.6132 (Release Preview)

Input

  • Fixed an issue where the touch keyboard would not enter characters into text fields after waking the device from sleep mode. Although the touch animation appeared correctly, the input would not be registered - for example, when entering a password on the login screen.

Net

  • Fixed an issue where external virtual switches would lose their association with physical network adapters (NICs) and become internal switches after a host reboot, resulting in loss of network connectivity. This issue was caused by incorrect detection of orphaned virtual switch objects when starting the Host Network Service.

Shell

  • The "Personalized Offers" feature is enabled during the initial system setup (Out-of-Box Experience, OOBE) and in the Settings app after the user gets to the desktop.

Storage

  • Fixed an issue that impacted disk interactions and caused connection errors during upgrades of Azure Stack Hub or Azure Local clusters.
