Microsoft has released Windows 10 Build 19041.84 via the Windows Server Update Service (WSUS). It is a regular release, which includes everything that have previously released ISO image,
Build 19041 is supposed to be a final build of Windows 10 '20H1', version 2004. If Microsoft doesn't find any critical issue with this build, it will be pushed to the production branch this Spring.
Microsoft mentions the following instructions on how to install preview builds from WSUS.
Build 19041.84 contains the latest security fixes for organizations to prepare for releasing Windows 10 version 2004 in their organizations. This release will replace the existing content in Windows Pre-Release if your company has already added it to the catalog.

Actually, it doesn't include new features, as the OS is now feature complete, and Microsoft is polishing the existing functionality.
