Microsoft has finally resumed the 19H2 feature update development. Insiders are getting Windows 10 build 18362.10000 as a cumulative update released to the Slow ring.
According to the company, "19H2" will be minor update to Windows 10, something like a good old service pack. It will be a minor update with small changes which target PC manufacturers. It won't include any visual improvements.
Unlike traditional 'huge' feature updates, this new 19H2 build is coming as a cumulative update to Slow ring insiders running Windows 10 version 1903. The update includes a number of improvements. The company didn't share the detailed change log, instead they mention select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements. Today's update is the first 19H2 update in a row that is intended to show how these new cumulative updates fit into the existing servicing and update delivery process for customers.
Windows 10 "19H2" represents the upcoming version 1909. It is expected to be released this fall. As already mentioned above, it will be released to May 2019 Update users as a cumulative update like a service pack.
To download this update, open Settings - > Update &recovery and click on the Check for Updates button on the right. Your PC must be running Windows 10 version 1903, and must be configured to receive updates from the Slow ring.

Doesnot sound tempting if no visual updates. Thanks Sergey!
right now build 18362.10000 is shown in winver.exe as “Version 1903”, not 1909
they have not changed anything yet. 20h1 still says 1903 too.
