Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17692.1004 (RS5) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. It comes with a number of extra fixes. Here are the fixes included in this release.
- We fixed the issue where the login screen would crash in a loop when the active sign-in method is set to Picture Password.
- We fixed the issue where DRM video playback in Microsoft Edge from websites such as Netflix was broken.
- We fixed the issue where Keyboard Settings found under Ease of Access were missing text as well as visible values in the two combo boxes.
- We have improved reliability and performance for launching Start.
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17692 represents the upcoming "Redstone 5" branch of Windows 10 version 1809. The release comes with a number of improvements made to touch input, to Edge, to Narrator, to Game Bar and to Ease of Access. It includes a new snipping experience, HEIF support, new Pen options, the SwiftKey keyboard, and more. Check out its new features here:

If you are a Windows Insider in the Slow ring, navigate to the Settings app and check for updates under Update & recovery - Windows Update. Click on the Check for updates button on the right.
