Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17134 to Windows Insiders in the Slow and Release Preview rings. Earlier this week, Microsoft released Windows 10 Build 17134 to the Fast ring as a new release candidate for the version 1803.
Windows 10 Redstone 4 Build 17133 was highly expected to be the final release for the update version 1803 after it rolled out to Insiders on the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings in a short period of time. However, a new build, Windows 10 Build 17134, was recently released to fix critical bugs in the OS, including some that could cause blue screens of death.
If you're a Windows 10 Insider and you computer is configured to receive updates from the the Slow or Release Preview rings, you should be able to update your OS to this latest release. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates using the button on the right. Build 17134 is also available to HoloLens Insiders and IoT.
Windows 10 Build 17134 may receive a few cumulative updates before being pushed to the stable branch, then the Fast Ring will start getting "Redstone 5" builds. To learn what's new in Windows 10 Build 17134, please refer to the article
