Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17133 (RS4, "Spring Creators Update") to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. Like is predecessor, build 17128, this build comes without the desktop watermark. According to various sources on the Internet, on Friday Microsoft internally signed-off build 17133 as the RTM build, which will be released to manufacturers for pre-loading onto new devices.
Windows 10 Build 17133 is the first build from the rs4_release branch. This indicates that development on the Spring Creators Update, codenamed Redstone 4, is now complete. It will make its way to the Release Preview and Slow ring quickly.
The public rollout of Windows 10 Spring Creators Update is expected on April 10, 2018. However, this date wasn't officially confirmed yet by the company.

The change log of Windows 10 Build 17133 looks as follows.
- We fixed an issue resulting in certain devices with BitLocker enabled unexpectedly booting into BitLocker recovery in recent flights.
- We fixed an issue resulting in not being able to change the display resolution when there were 4 or more monitors connected, due to the confirmation prompt hanging when you selected “Keep changes”.
- We fixed an issue where clicking suggested search terms when typing in the Microsoft Edge URL bar didn’t do anything.
