Microsoft today released a new build of the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update. Windows 10 Insider Preview build 15042 became available on the Fast Ring and has a number of new features and fixes. This is the first build of the Creators Update branch which has no watermark on the Desktop and no expiration date.

This indicates that the development of Windows 10 "Redstone 2" feature update is at its end. The release of this build to the production branch is expected in April 2017, in a few months.
Here is how the "About Windows" dialog looks in Windows 10 build 15042:15042 Winver

Here is the same window in Windows 10 build 15031:

The expiration date portion is not shown any more.

The same is true for the watermark on the Desktop which always exists for evaluation, Insider Preview or development builds. It is not visible any more in Windows 10 build 15042.

Anyway, do not consider this build as the RTM release until Microsoft makes any official announcement. There are still known issues in this build. It may take some time before Microsoft polishes it and releases updates to fix the known issues. This or a newer build might first be pushed to the Release Preview ring. After that, it will be pushed to the production branch.
