Microsoft today made available Windows 10 build 15025 ISO images available for download. This means that now you can install this build from scratch.
This build is from the Redstone 2 branch. Redstone 2 is a code name for the upcoming feature update for Windows 10 known as "Windows 10 Creators Update" and version 1704.

On my device I use the CPU microcode updates. But when it was disabled, I had no issues with my system.
