Some new screenshots of Windows 10 build 10102 have leaked to the Internet. From the leaked images, we can see an updated Cortana app which has tight integration with the Taskbar. Also, new animations for Live Tiles in the Start menu are spotted in the leaked screenshots. Let's see these changes in detail.
Here is how the updated settings pane of Cortana looks like:
This pane appears when the user clicks the Hamburger menu icon in Cortana. Here are few more screenshots of the updated Cortana app:
The more interesting thing is a new cube animation for the Live Tiles of Modern apps pinned to the Start menu in Windows 10 build 10102. Rather than sliding upwards to show updated info on the tile, it now flips over with a 3D effect.
It is interesting how Microsoft switched to the 1010x build numbers directly. Probably, they are closer to RTM. Maybe we can expect a feature complete or Release Preview (RC) build available for Windows Insiders in the near future. (via)

Thanks Sergey! Nothing really fascinating. The UI changes can be implemented with WindowsBlinds kind of apps which are under few MB. I guess we have reached a feature freeze with the builds and will see lots of simple UI changes to keep few enthusiasts on their toes.
I reiterate (ignoring behind the hood changes), Windows 10 = Windows 8.1 + Startmenu + resizable apps.
Also did I mention with every upgrade, boot takes really long time with few blank moments. Before you ask, yes, I did enable text messages while booting with no joy. I know you would say it’s always better to fresh install but cannot do that with my regular machine. Now it almost takes 1.5 minutes to boot.
Thank you Sergey for all this news! What about a Windows Phone section in your site? That would be very helpful.
Hmm, I will think about it.
