Defender has this change in 10049, although the UI element is different.
yep, you are right
I use only windows update builds.
In 4.8.10049, the new settings button, under scan now, send you on a new settings pannel.
In that pannel, you can set eclusions, but only the name of the exclusions… maybe a build bug…
