According to rumors circulating on the internet, Microsoft is going to sign off Windows 10 build 14390 as the RTM build of Anniversary Update. This marks the end of the development cycle of Windows 10 Anniversary Update, known as version 1607 or Redstone 1.
The information initially came from Zac Bowden, the former journalist of Winbeta, currently working for Windows Central.

Hearing murmurs that 14390 has been declared RTM. We shall see.

Windows 10 build 14390 was released just yesterday. Compared to the previously released Windows 10 build 14388, it comes with only one known issue and does not contain serious bugs or regressions. The full change log is available HERE.
Update: it is officially confirmed that this build is not RTM.
@LisergycVoyager @fabricioinsider @Svebu @CoreInsiderProg Um...not RTM.

As of this writing, Microsoft has built a newer build, Windows 10 build 14393, which contains few more bugfixes.
Windows 10 Anniversary Update will reach general availability on August 2nd, 2016. After July 29, 2016, the free upgrade offer will also be stopped and users will not be able to switch to Windows 10 for free. This should also stop the upgrade offer notifications in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Via @BuildFeed.

Dona Sarkar say NOT RTM on her twitter account.
OK. Time will tell.
Personally, I don’t care about the build NUMBER.
According to this, the official release build of Win 10 will not be made available to the many already running it for free until days after it’s no longer available for free. This makes absolutely no sense.
Existing users will get it for free.
