Windows 10 19H1, known as "version 1903" and "April 2019 Update", is expected to reach the RTM stage in March. The recently released Insider Preview build 18323 is the first build from the 19h1_release branch. This indicates that preview versions of the next feature update,19H2, are on their way to the Skip Ahead ring.
According to Microsoft's Brandon LeBlanc, there are just a few weeks left before you see 19h2 builds in Skip Ahead:
No we are a few weeks away from any possible Skip Ahead flights. Sorry!

At the moment of this writing, Microsoft has already compiled a number of 19H2 builds, starting with 18823 from the rs_prerelease branch. Windows 10 19H2 Build 18823 has appeared on the BuildFeed listing maintained by WZor.
It is expected that Windows 10 "19H2" will be released in October, 2019. However, this information is not officially confirmed yet. Since the development for Windows 10 19H2 has just started, we shouldn't get new features and many improvements in the very first builds.

Can’t wait to see what else they break in this update. They managed to break even the LTSC version last year, so I’m definitely not counting on the RTM version to be stable at all.
P.S. Brandon LeBlanc can go suck a dick.
