Unlike the previous post-RTM build, Windows 10 build 10558 comes with a bunch of new icons. Some icons are really surprising and unexpected. Interested users might want to download these icons as well so they can use them on Windows 7 or Windows 8.
This icon had not been changed since its first introduction in Windows 95. Someone at Microsoft decided to change it now. As you might be knowing, besides the icon, Registry Editor got improvements to its functionality too in Windows 10.
An updated icon for USB device safe removal is added in Windows 10 build 10558 to match all other tray icons style.
There are many new icons in Control Panel and Device Manager. Here is an example:
If you have no plan to download and install Windows 10 build 10558, you can use the following link to get the new icons:

Hello Sergey,

Sorry, the post got posted before I was finished with it. To finish it:
I’ve downloaded the icons and would like to add them to the current icon file that’s used in Windows 10. Do you know which file is used and how to add the 10550 icons to it?
Well, it is hard to replace all icons at once.
Start here:

Do the same.
It would be nice if they fixed the bugs instead of worry about the little shiz.
I lost 2 4 TB drives to the disk management tool turning them raw.
Then I had 5 days of scanning to recover what wasn’t already backed up.
But these A-Holes believe in bigger context menus, new icons, extra spaces for apps and getting rid of the control panel is more important.
In the mean time all my open apps, windows and Icons shift to the left side of the screen when I turn my monitor back on.
Windows 10 is a piece of crap PERIOD!
