Settings app replaces Control panel in Win+X menu in Windows 10

In Windows 8, Microsoft introduced a new feature - the Win+X menu which can be opened by pressing Win+X shortcut keys together on the keyboard. In Windows 10, you can simply right click on the Start button to show it. The Win+X menu contains shortcuts to useful administrative tools and system functions. Starting with Windows 10 build 14942, Microsoft is removing classic Control panel applets from the Win + X menu and replacing them with pages from the Settings app.
