Starting with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, the operating system got a new context menu entry, Share. It replicates the appropriate Ribbon command. If you click it, it displays the Share pane which can be used to send the selected file to any installed app which supports the sharing contract. For example, it can be Skype.
