Microsoft is ready to ship Windows 11 version 22H2 to the public. The company prepares official ISO images for download. Meanwhile, some vendors already ship their new devices with Windows 11 22H2 preinstalled.
If you check websites like UUPDump and TechBench, you will quickly find links for the newest Windows 11 release. The links aren't live as of now, but it won't take long for Microsoft to activate them.
Earlier, Microsoft confirmed Build 22621 to be the final build of the OS. So the current situation fits the earlier revealed scenario.
Besides the ISO images, the company will also start roll-out via Windows Update. The first portion of compatible PCs should start receiving an upgrade offer by the end of this month.
Dell is reportedly already shipping its new laptops with Windows 11 version 22H2. The preinstalled OS version is 22621.521/KB5017321.
The KB5017321 update is a recently released patch to Insiders in Release Preview. It doesn't come with a change log, so changes that it ships are not known.
Moreover, Microsoft didn't confirm that Windows 11 build 22621.521 is indeed the RTM release, nor that OEMs are now shipping new devices with version 22H2.
