Windows 11 users report performance issues on AMD systems with TPM

Trusted Platform Module (or TPM) is one of the Windows 11 hardware requirements. If you want to run Windows 11 and receive regular updates, your computer must have either a software or hardware-based TPM 2.0 module. Google is again testing Tab Muting in the Chrome browser

A few years ago, Google was about to add the tab muting feature to Chrome. The implementation was very simple. To mute a tab, you could click the speaker icon next to the tab's title. The option didn't come to the stable branch, perhaps due to the addition of Global Media Controls. But now, Tab Muting has returned to Chrome.

How to Restore File Download Prompt in Firefox

You can restore the file download prompt in Mozilla Firefox, which is disabled by default starting in Firefox 97. The browser now directly fetches the file from the Internet once you click its download link. It will only show a notification at the top of its window, similar to how it works in Chrome and Edge.

Microsoft has updated media controls on Windows 11 lock screen
