Microsoft has released a new cumulative update, KB5003837, for Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21382. It is currently available in the Dev channel. This update does not include any change, and is aimed at testing the servicing pipeline. In particular, the company is testing the ability to release and install updates over previous updates.
After the upgrade, the system build number will change to 21382.1000.co_release_svc_prod1.210511-1436.

Note: Some Insiders using the OS in Arabic, Greek, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Romanian or Russian may encounter error 0x80070002
the first time they try to install KB5003837. Try to install the update again to fix the problem if you are affected.
