What's new in cumulative updates, October 11, 2022
For Windows 11, Microsoft advertises miscellaneous security improvements to internal OS functionality. However, the company didn't share the actual list of improvements they made.
The same is for Windows 10, but in this case Microsoft says that the updates include the features from earlier released KB5017380. There are new taskbar options for News and Interests, including support for different taskbar orientations for the news flyout. Fixes for Store and security improvements are among the changes.
