Microsoft has issues a small fix to the latest Fast Ring build, Windows 10 Build 19608. The fix, according to Microsoft, will improve overall reliability of the OS. The update is KB4557426, and it raises the OS version to Build 19608.1006.Unfortunately, Microsoft didn't specify what exactly the KB4557426 does. If you run into an issue with the latest build, try to install it and see if the issue is resolved.
If you have configured your device to receive updates from the Fast Ring ring, open Settings - > Update & recovery and click on the Check for Updates button on the right. This will install the latest available Insider Preview of Windows 10.
As you may remember, Fast Ring builds no longer represent a specific feature update of Windows 10. So, we may or may not see the changes included in this release in the production branch in Windows 10 '20H2'.

Serious Question.
This has happened in every version of Windows 10 that I can remember.
I delete all my Firewall settings and watch everything that just pops up out of nowhere wanting access to the internet.
Can someone PLEASE TELL ME why System settings has to have access to the internet.
System setting is to set MY system settings as in preferences to my computer.
Many components of Windows 10 for some reason wants to go online even though they are not network related.
I dare anyone here to try and get an answer from Google because all they want to do is sell you something or ask if you really mean something instead of giving you what you asked.
I have come to just block everything and still have had no issues with using Windows 10.
I also found that Shutup 10 can turn off everything just to find out Automatic Updates turns itself back on no matter what you disable.
It should be noted that KB4557426 appears to resolve an issue where Dolby audio formats would be output only as stereo on some NVIDIA GPUs. After the update, bitstreaming of Dolby audio (using NVIDIA 436.60) is fully restored.
