Microsoft Edge is getting a price comparison feature inside Collections. Microsoft has announced a bunch of new features that are coming to the browser. The first come to the Dev channel, and expected to reach the stable branch by the end of this year.A new Price Comparison tool will allow the user to see the price changes for items added to a collection in Edge.
For products in a Collection the browser will show a special link that will popular prices from other retailers.
Another change made to Collections is general availability of Pinterest integration.
Bing Rebates is also a new feature that is indented to make your holiday shopping brighter. When searching for products on Bing, it will automatically find cashback offers for you. This requires you to be signed to Microsoft Rewards.
Also, Give with Bing
is an option that will allow you to donate your Reward points to causes you care about.
Skype's Meet Now will appear on the New Tab page, so the user can quickly start a video chat. The link you create can be shared to share with up to 50 friends who can join the video chat without signing up to Skype or launching it. Microsoft will roll out this feature later this month.
The official announcement mentions a number of other browser improvements, including the PDF Reader, the new Web Capture tool, and other features that already familiar to Edge Insiders.
