In addition to the cumulative update KB4051963, Microsoft released three more updates for the latest version of Windows 10, version 1709. Here are some details about them.
The most important update is KB4054022, which is a servicing stack update intended to resolve stability issues with the servicing stack in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. This update will be downloaded and installed automatically via Windows Update. If you need to download the package manually, refer to the Microsoft Update Catalog.
KB4055237 is the compatibility update for the OS. This update makes improvements to ease the upgrade and recovery experience in Windows 10 Version 1709. It is available via Windows Update only.
The last update, KB4052342, changes the upgrade experience for Windows 10 Version 1709. Again, it is available exclusively via Windows Update.
KB4055237 and KB4052342, as you can guess, improve the upgrade process from an older build of Windows 10 to Fall Creators Update. They may or many not be downloaded and will installed automatically during the upgrade process, depending on which build you were running prior to Windows 10 version 1709.
So, if you are an existing Windows 10 version 1709 user, you should install only KB4054022.
