For those who need the offline installer for any of these OSes, here are direct links to the offline installers of Internet Explorer 11.

        1. Try connecting from the web when you start its installer. It’s the offline installer which for some reason tries to connect online if some prerequisite updates are missing. Even the IE9 and IE10 installers behave this way. However if you disconnect from the web, it installs.

  1. Thanks for the information. On my other laptops and desktops, I use the Offline mode for development purposes.
    Thanks again!

  2. Even downloading “Internet Explorer 11 offline installer” it will also asks for web connection to instal its updates. A full package would be very welcome. Anyone knows of a “really full package”?
    Thanks. (floripaplayer@gmail.com).

  3. This will not install offline, tries to update from the web and then you have a choice, connect to the web or cancel.. so my vote is an Online installer

      1. Robin is right! If not all prerequisites are met, the installer tries to download them. Try it on a clean Win 7.
