Here's how to enable Page Scrolling with Multiple Scrollbars in Web Capture Tool in Edge. After that it will allow you to scroll while taking a screenshot when there are multiple scrollable sections. For the long time the Web Capture tool didn't scroll the page down when you tried to capture something that is has more than one scrollable section, but this has finally changed.
Some time ago Microsoft has added a new feature to the Edge browser, called Web Capture. It can be used to capture and share a portion of a web page, or take a full-page screenshot.
The feature is available from the main menu of the browser. It allows selecting an area of the currently open web page. Once captured, the fragment appears in a preview dialog, and can be further shared, copied to the clipboard, or saved to the disk. Also, the user can add its button to the Edge toolbar.
The option to scroll the page while taking the screenshot has been around for quite some time, but it could only be done on pages with a single scrollable section. If there are two scrollable sections on the same page, one on the left and one on the right (for example the Edge Settings page), you cannot scroll through any of those sections while taking the screenshot, with the new flag in Edge Canary enabled, now you can scroll in either of those two scrollable sections while taking the screenshot.
This post will show you can enable Page Scrolling in the Web Capture Tool of Microsoft Edge.

How to use Page Scrolling in the Web Capture Tool
To give it a try, open a web page, which has more than one scrollbar. For example, open the Edge Settings, which has two scrollbars - one on the left, and another one of the right. Now, launch the Web Capture Tool from the menu.
Start selecting the page contents, and move the selection down to the invisible page area. Edge will automatically scroll the page down following you mouse cursor.
This is indeed one of the much needed additions to the Web Capture Tool.
As of the moment of this writing, the change is only available in Edge Canary. Soon it will land in the Dev channel, and will eventually made its path to the Stable release of the browser.
