After Windows 10 Build 9901 leaked to the internet, enthusiasts discovered a new login screen. That screen, but a bit updated, exists in Windows 10 build 9926. Today we will see how to enable it and test it yourself.
To get the new login screen in Windows 10 Build 9926, you need to do the following:
Double click the Threshold DWORD (32 Bit) value and change the value from 0 to 1:
Restart your PC.
That's it. You are done. Here is how the new logon screen looks like:
When you are logged in but locked your PC, it shows the tiny chess knight icon near the clock.
But when you are signed out, it shows the mirrored chess knight icon:
This tweak affects the CTRL+ALT+DEL security screen as well.
To reset the login screen back to the default, simply repeat the steps above but change the value of the 'Threshold' key from 1 back to 0.

Problem Build 9926:
I made the modification for the hidden lockscreen in Threshold but after reboot the lockscreen stays black. There’s no visible way to enter any information to log on. Any ideas how to proceed are welcome at caxiastj@gmail.com

It is very buggy. Just disable it.
Its nice,. But, windows starting process is delayed due to that. I gotta restart once again to start window login screen!!
Besides the background going black I noticed the update thing is ALWAYS there… WHY?
Some bug probably. It is not finished yet, some experimental feature.
This helps as well:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\TPM]
“OSManagedAuthLevel”=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection]
“AllowTelemetry”=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\SettingSync]
“EnableBackupForWin8Apps”=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive]
“DisableFileSyncNGSC”=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer]
“DisableNotificationCenter”=dword:00000001
I wanna bring back the old one
