Users of the popular Mozilla Firefox browser are familiar with its context menu, which features some commands like "Back", "Forward", "Refresh" and "Bookmark" in the form of icons. A talented developer has created EdgeContextMenu, an app which adds the same functionality to the Edge browser!
The application is developed by my friend Valentin-Gabriel Radu, the same developer from Romania who created an ingenious solution, Cortana Search Override, to redirect Cortana to other browsers besides Edge.
EdgeContextMenu is a lightweight application which is compatible with all Windows 10 builds including the recently released build 14352. It provides a context menu which looks like this:
The application is just three binaries. To start EdgeContextMenu, do the following:
- Download EdgeContextMenu ZIP archive.
- Extract to any folder you like. The application is portable and does not require installation.
- Run the file EdgeContextMenu.exe.
Now, open Edge. You will be able to use the page context menu to navigate through the browsing history and to refresh the opened page:

EdgeContextMenu is definitely a useful application for all Edge users which improves the usability of the default Windows 10 browser.

Ну не очень. .NET, 10 мб памяти, хук мыши, работает так себе
/* Я думал, я один знаю про этот почтовый домен, хахаха.*/
Я передам автору, ибо русский он не знает.
Tried your utility, while it provides the context menu, it’s driving my mouse crazy, can’t navigate around a page, constant drag and sluggishness. Please inform on how to remove the utility from the computer.
Thank you
to remove the app, 1.close Edge. 2. kill edgecontextmenu.exe in task manager 3. remove all files.
Thanks, that did the trick. Not sure why it was doing what is was doing, but every time after I would right click and expose the context menu, the mouse would shudder, then lag, couldn’t use it for about 5 seconds. Don’t know weather it was due to extensions in Edge, current have the AdBlock Plus and Office Online extensions, but even when I turned them off, it did the same thing.
baixar a build
It works as intended, but when used Edge seems to shake a bit.
