As you may already know, Edge now includes flyouts for Favorites, Downloads, History, and Collections. They also known as "Hubs". In the latest Canary build Edge allows opening the full pages from "hubs" by clicking on the Hub title.
The change is already available in the latest Canary build of Edge, 91.0.837.0. For example, if you click on the "Downloads" title in the Downloads flyout, this will open the full Downloads page in a new tab.

This change is welcomed by many users which are not happy with the newest user interface in Edge. Many find "Hubs" inconvenient, as they show a limited number of entries and require more steps to see the full contents. Now the problem is solved, as it is a matter of one click on the Hub title label.
Recently, Microsoft has updated the user interface for downloads in the Edge browser. There is a restyled download pane with the ability to pin it to the right, that also plays well with other panes and Fluent Design guidelines. The same changes were done to Collections and Favorites. They all now appear in a flyout rather than in a sidebar.
For pre-release versions, Microsoft is currently using three channels to deliver updates to Edge Insiders. The Canary channel receives updates daily (except Saturday and Sunday), the Dev channel is getting updates weekly, and the Beta channel is updated every 6 weeks.
It is unknown yet when this feature will land in the stable branch. We assume that it is a matter of a couple of months.
