As Windows 10 is finalized, Microsoft has released a new build for Windows Insiders. This release is notable and different from previous releases because Windows 10 build 10240 is from the RTM (Release to Manufacturing) branch. So, you will not find a watermark on the desktop in this build and the user experience will be like the final version of Windows 10.
Windows 10 build 10240 was released for Fast Ring Insiders. Microsoft is going to release it for Slow Ring Insiders as well. At the moment of this writing, there are no official ISO images available.

So, what you can expect from the release build?
Actually, Windows 10 build 10240 does not have many changes to the GUI. All the changes are under the hood, since Microsoft is mainly focused now on bug fixes. Besides stability and performance improvements, this release features an improved version of the Microsoft Edge browser.
Microsoft claims that the updated browser performs 112% faster than Google Chrome on WebKit's SunSpider benchmark, 11% faster on Google Octane and 37% faster on Apple JetStream.
If you are not interested in installing Windows 10 from scratch, you can upgrade your current Windows 10 version using Windows Update.
Microsoft says this build will get a few more updates for Windows and the Store apps in the near future, as work on them is in progress. There are rumors saying that this is the RTM build of Windows 10 which Microsoft will be distributing to partners, OEMs etc.
If you noticed any changes compared to previously released builds of Windows 10, let us know in the comments.

Thanks Sergey as always! When you say “If you are not interested in installing Windows 10 from scratch, you can upgrade your current Windows 10 version using Windows Update.”, do you mean wait till MS rolls out final build officially? Or Can I use the above ISO to upgrade from Windows8.1 as well?
Also now since this is close to RTM, if installed will windows future updates will be just the KB files or will it be few more builds pushed again?
I meant it is already available for Windows Insiders via Windows Update, in the Settings app.
It must be KBs, not whole build. But who knows?
Ah! Got you now! Exactly, who knows? ;)
Microsoft does :).
finally
This is a must for people like me that are booting windows from a USB HDD (not thumb) as windows will not install to a usb drive. Use WintoUSB tool and you got a bootable USB drive in my company laptop. Freedom from company filters and bullshit!
ISO doesn’t work,
“windows cannot read setting from unattend answer”
I installed x64 myself, everything was OK
In regards to earlier comment – unplugged other sata devices and install worked perfect

None of the links are working. In fact, one of them looks to be redirecting as if to grab ad revenue.
